We make breads, cereals
and pasta for people who require or desire
something other than the commercial products found
at stores and bakeries
- Rice breads for gluten intolerance (celiacs)
- Ancient grains and 100% rye products (both
include several sourdoughs) for those with
modern wheat allergies
- Breads, cereals and pasta for dishes or those
searching for food with lower glycemic values
- True whole grain products
We strive for excellence by sourcing organic grains
from different farmers and cleaning the grain to
high standards. We make several of the
ingredients ourselves. Avoiding many of the
commercial ingredients adds to the quality,
nutritional value and digestibility of the
food. This philosophy requires additional
preparation time: therefore our products are
available on Saturdays only.
We also do custom orders for those requiring "one of
a kind" foods.
