Family members of T&H Apiaries / Sollosy's Honey have been members of the Saskatoon Farmers' Market since the late 1970's! Dwight and Sharon reside in Saskatoon, with the majority of the bee colonies located within 65km of the city. The bee colonies are placed in alfalfa fields, but the bees also forage in surrounding clover, crops, wildflower, etc. You can find them at the Market year-round with honey, honey comb, and beeswax. Beeswax candles are also sold in the Fall & Winter.

It is the goal and desire to of New Life to provide quality, organic products to local families here in Saskatchewan, while at the same time, sustaining a century old family farm and the family farm way of life. They are "reclaiming their heritage in organic farming" and encourage and support other owners of small family farms. Growing organic food, including a variety of grains/flours and pastured poultry/beef/pork for their family, as well as others, show that the small family farm can be sustainable and healthy for our families. Come and visit the booth for samples and occasional sales on retail cuts of meat.
