Question: When is your outdoor market?

We hold outdoor markets on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday starting the first week of May until the end of October, weather permitting. Usually, rain or shine!

Question: Are you part of the markets on 51st Street and 8th Street?

The Saskatoon Farmers' Market is a non-profit member-owned co-operative that operates only at the Saskatoon Farmers' Market Building and Market Square, at 414 Avenue B South. Some of our members occasionally go on field trips to the U of S and Pike Lake, but those occasional markets will be branded as Saskatoon Farmers' Market events and will be advertised on our website and Social Media. We are not part of organizing the Community Markets.

Question: How can I apply to become a market vendor?

Please complete the vendor application form and submit the completed form and application fee to the Saskatoon Farmers' Market office at 414 Avenue B South.  Contact the Saskatoon Farmers' Market office at 306-384-6262 with questions. Our staff will happily assist you to prepare an excellent application.

Question: What can I sell at a booth if I am interested in becoming a vendor?

Items that you sell must be made, baked, gathered, and/or grown by you.

Question: What does it cost to be a market vendor?

Pricing is listed on the vendor application form

Question: Do you allow Buskers?

We love buskers at the Market! Please stop by the office (inside the east doors) to pencil yourself in to a time that works for you.

We have one hour time slots available. House rules are:

-No amplification in the building.

-No bagpipes unless it is a Scottish holiday or unless the Queen is here.

-Maximum number of plays for "jingle bells" per set is one.

-Wrap up your set by the top of the hour to allow the next performer to begin.

-Be sensitive to your effect on the auditory environment to allow vendor sales to proceed unhindered.

Question: Do you rent out your licensed kitchen and event space after market hours?

We do!  Find booking information here.
