Loom knit by hand

After retirement I purchased a knitting loom and the creativity began. All my creations are
handmade by me, one at a time, with care to details of colour, fibre, texture in a smoke and
pet free home.
Most of the scarves I make are infinity scarves and the latest have fringe.Each scarf varies in
length from 4 to over 6 feet. Each scarf is knit in warm, cool, neutral or contrasting colour
combinations. Each scarf has a different feel due to the fibres I chose. I knit the stockinette
stitch which gives a different appearance on each side of the scarf. This gives you the option
to reverse it for two different looks. Sometimes the edges will curl depending on the weight
of the yarn. This only adds to its beauty and length.

Wendy’s subject matter is wide and varied, from portraits to nature to modern. Siemens art work is available in multiple drawing and painting media: pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, ink and wash, graphite, pastel, oil pastel, watercolor, acrylic and oil. Commission work is Wendy’s specialty: “you dream it; we can make it".
